GRAND PRIZE DRAWING/GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all Entries received among all Entry Periods. Odds of winning depend upon the number of Entries received. The Grand Prize Random Drawing will be conducted on or about January 6, 2023.
All Random Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Giveaway. TEN (10) MONTHLY PRIZES: Ten (10) Winners will each receive one (1) trip for Monthly Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Las Vegas, Nevada consisting of: (i) one (1) five hundred dollars ($500) voucher redeemable on Allegiant® Airlines; (ii) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one (1) double occupancy room, room and tax only) at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas (ARV: $750); (iii) one (1) Chapel of the Flowers Vow Renewal Package designated by Sponsor (ARV: $700); (iv) one (1) pair of Michael E. Minden Jewelers Rings designated by Sponsor (ARV: $600); (v) one (1) one hundred fifty dollars ($150) voucher redeemable at Bootlegger Italian Restaurant; (vi) one (1) one hundred dollars ($100) Fashion Show Las Vegas Gift Card; (vii) one (1) one hundred dollars ($100) Canal Shoppes Gift Card; and (viii) one (1) Signature Red Passport and Luggage Tag Set designated by Sponsor (ARV: $50). The total ARV of each Monthly Prize: $2,950.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) annual Chapel of the Flowers Vow Renewal Package per year for twenty-five (25) consecutive years. Each annual Chapel of the Flowers Vow Renewal Packages consists of the following designated by Sponsor: (i) airline voucher in the amount of three hundred fifty dollars ($350); (ii) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one (1) double occupancy room, room and tax only) at a Resort and Casino designated by Sponsor (ARV: $500); (iii) one (1) Chapel of the Flowers Vow Renewal Ceremony (ARV: $700); and (iv) one (1) one hundred fifty dollars ($150) dinner voucher redeemable at a restaurant designated by Sponsor. ARV of each Annual Grand Prize: $1,700. Total ARV of Grand Prize: 42,500. Grand Prize Winner must accept the Grand Prize in its entirety at the time of the prize award notification. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel to Las Vegas in any given year during the twenty-five (25) consecutive year period, that annual Chapel of the Flowers Vow Renewal package will be forfeited and there will be no compensation for that forfeited portion of the Grand Prize. In the event the Grand Prize winner should die during twenty-five (25) consecutive year period, the remaining annual Chapel of the Flowers Vow Renewal Packages will not be distributed or awarded and cannot be transferred or assigned to any heir.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $72,000. Each Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in any Prize trip description herein, including but not limited to, all ground transportation between Winner’s residence and airport of departure and while traveling in Las Vegas, Nevada, in-room hotel charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies, etc.), meals, beverages, gratuities, gasoline, parking, tolls, souvenirs, insurance, travel upgrades, baggage fees and personal incidentals. Each Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of hotel check-in and will be solely responsible for any and all charges to Prize Winner’s hotel room during his/her Prize Trip. Selection of airline, departure airport and hotel is solely within Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each Monthly Prize Winner and Guest must complete their trip by December 30, 2023, or winner forfeits the Monthly Prize. Each Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, and security charges. Once issued, airline tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. In the event a Prize Winner resides within one hundred (100) miles from the Las Vegas, Nevada, Sponsor will provide round-trip ground transportation between Prize Winner’s residence and Las Vegas, Nevada at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and the difference in value between the round-trip air transportation and the round-trip ground transportation will not be provided to a Prize Winner. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor and travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, availability and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel vouchers used to redeem all elements of the Prize are subject to details and terms and conditions listed thereon. All Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. Each Prize Winner and his/her Guest must travel on the same itinerary. Prize Winners’ Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers, availability may vary, and material restrictions may apply. Each Prize Winner and Guest will be solely responsible for obtaining a valid U.S. Government issued identification prior to travel and any associated costs for these requirements. Sponsor and Travel Providers shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor and Travel Providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or other items. If a Prize Winner is unable to or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the prize due to any reason, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of that Prize award, and no other compensation in lieu of that Prize will be awarded. Each Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining their own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, The Centers for Disease Control and federal, state and local health departments, as required and if borders are closed due to COVID/any pandemic, Sponsor is not responsible. All travelers must agree to abide by the latest travel guidelines/requirements at time of travel. All travelers must also pass any required medical testing (at their own expense) and comply with any additional requirements, at any time, that may be required or recommended by any government agency, airline, or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests, and testing negative for COVID-19 or having been vaccinated against COVID-19. Travelers may also be required to execute any assumption of risk and/or other documents relating to COVID-19 or he/she may not be permitted to travel. Sponsor, Administrator and the Released Entities are not responsible for any theft, personal injury, illness and/or death that could take place during a Prize Trip, including but not limited to exposure to viruses associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and other communicable diseases.
The value of the Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the approximate retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the stated approximate retail value of a Prize is more than the actual fair market value of that Prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any prize permitted. If an advertised prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control including but not limited to, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, strikes, governmental action, pandemics, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism, the Sponsor will not provide a cash substitution and Sponsor reserves the right to extend travel dates at its sole discretion. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. By accepting a Prize, Prize Winner and his/her Guest agree that Prize Winner and Guest will act in a manner that is safe and respectful of Sponsor and Related Entities. If a Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest should appear to be inebriated, impaired or acting inappropriately, if a Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest speaks profanity or shows any lewd or sexually suggestive gesture or full or partial nudity, or if a Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest becomes involved in any situation or occurrence which could reflect unfavorably upon any other individual or that creates the potential for death, disability, injury and/or property damage, the Sponsor, the Related Entities and travel personnel shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to remove both the Prize Winner and Guest from the premises and the remainder of the Prize may be forfeited without any further compensation.
6.PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Prize Winners will be notified via the email address and/or via direct message at their social media channel submitted at the time of Entry on or about two (2) days after the corresponding Random Drawing date stated herein. Each Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, which may include COVID-19 vaccination status as required by federal, state or local health department or other applicable orders, Release of Liability and where permitted, a Publicity Release or similar documentation and a Form W-9 (if applicable) within five (5) days of notification. Each Prize Winner’s Guest will be required to complete and sign a Travel Liability Affidavit and a Publicity Release in order to travel with a Prize Winner on the Prize trip. A potential Prize Winner may be disqualified under any of the following circumstances; i) if he/she cannot be reached by Sponsor or Administrator within the specified time period; ii) If a Prize notification or email address or social media channel is returned as undeliverable; iii) if a potential Prize Winner is found to be ineligible; iv) if a potential Prize Winner does not return the required Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period; v) if a potential Prize Winner is unwilling to accept the Prize as stated in these Official Rules; or vi) if a potential Prize Winner does not comply with these Official Rules. Each Prize Winner will be required to supply Sponsor and Administrator with his/her social security number. Each Prize Winner will be issued a FORM 1099-MISC for tax purposes as required by law. Each Prize Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal and applicable state taxes on the Prize. In the event a potential Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award that Prize to an alternate Winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received during the corresponding Entry Period. potential PRIZE WINNER IS subject to verification by Sponsor AND/or THE administrator. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the GIVEAWAY SHOULD so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility, AND A potential GIVEAWAY PRIZE Winner has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or emails made to the entrants not by sponsor or administrator or for any change of entrant’s email address or mailing address.

In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential Prize Winner based on the Instagram account, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the Instagram account submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable social medial channel provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the account associated with the Instagram account.
